Owned Rover Rack Mover testing: built limit tests, maintained the fleet, debugged electrical, and instrumented telemetry + dashboards for weekly exec reviews.
Findings exposed transport congestion; partnered on v2/v3 design and drove the shift from Rover movers to a tray-shuttle architecture.
Outcome: ~10× faster picks, unclogged aisles, and more ShopBots fulfilling orders (instead of hauling), which lifted overall throughput.
